Services
Our Services
Our center accepts enrollment for children aged 6 months to 12 years. For meals and snacks, a variety of nutritious food is provided each day that meets the guidelines of the Federal Government Food Program. We serve breakfast, lunch, and a morning and afternoon snack. Please let us know if your child has any allergies or special food requirements. For tuition information, please click here!
Full Service Childcare
Full service childcare entails full access to our center and our resources. Full service children are eligible for extracurricular activities not available to backup care, as well as the benefit of seeing the same smiling faces every single day.
Backup Childcare
Back-up is the caring for well children, when parents’ normal care giver arrangements break down unexpectedly or become temporarily unavailable. Here are the following possible reasons to use our Back-up Care:
- Your caregiver is ill or takes a vacation
- Your regular center is closed
- School holidays
- You need to work extra hours
This specialty program allows the children to access the center for up to ONE month. If the children requires beyond one-month care, we recommend full service long-term childcare. Please discuss your care plans with the center Director.
After School Tutor & Care
After School Tutor & CareFor children enrolled in school from kindergarten to the day of their 13th birthday, after school tutoring and care will ensure that the children are cooperating, learning, and developing when school lets out. Teachers will pick up and escort students enrolled in the following schools:
- McCall
- Holy Redeemer
- Masterman
- Russell Byers
- FACTS
On days with no school, students will spend their time doing learning activities, motion and music activities, and taking small trips (weather permitting).
Pre-K Program
Our prekindergarten program prepares children to enter the world of education. In addition to teamwork activities and learning basics like the alphabet and numbers, the preK teachers help children adjust to helping themselves and being self-sufficient.
Field Trips
As time permits throughout the year, the center will organize fun field trips for the students and their families. Trips may include places like a pumpkin patch in the fall, a water park in the summer, and other fun, family-friendly places. Details will be described in full on our bilingual permission slips issued before the trip is scheduled.
Healthy Kids Seminar
Our center will occasionally conduct a free Healthy Kids seminar available to all Olympik Tots’ parents. The seminar is designed to deliver and reinforce healthy messages, guidelines and additional resources on healthy habits for parents and their kids.
